The New Fast Track Retreat Page Is LIVE!

Hi Fast Trackers, Happy Friday! I'm so thrilled to announce that the 2011 Fast Track Retreat will be here in my home town of Hermosa Beach, CA July 8th and 9th! This retreat is going to be amazing, as Gunter, Chad, and I, and all the awesome Fast Track Trainers, will lead you through an inspiring, educational weekend. Most importantly, it's going to be jam-packed full of fun with great workouts and social events that you won't like to miss.

I have to laugh a bit; I got up really early to go down to the beach to do my blog on the sand where we'll be working out together in July. As expected, there had been a few road-blocks, as the waves are expected to get massive and crazy right now! Gunter had visions of me getting knocked over by a wave while telling you all about the fantastic upcoming retreat! So, we thought to play it safe and shoot this announcement here on our deck.

All kidding aside, please say a special prayer for all those that had been troubled by the tragic earthquake in Japan. Life is so fragile, keep in mind to live everyday to the fullest and never take anything for granted.
